People are surprised to learn that socks are the number one requested item among homeless shelters. Because they walk a lot and spend so much time exposed to the elements, homeless people's socks wear out very fast.
Thanks to your donation, we were able to distribute a great number of socks, shampoos and toothpastes to The Salvation Army, Mujeres Unidas and Loaves & Fishes!
